My GP said that I needed to take it a week before intercourse but after I finished the course, I was able to get another one. I am on a total break of 1 month. I am hoping I can get back on it. Can anyone recommend the most effective SERM for Arimidex? Thanks for any help!
I took Femara 1 mg once a day for a week and it gave me very good results. I am currently on a total break of 1 month. I was not able to get an erection after the first time but I could with my bladder and my muscles. I would recommend this to anyone.
